A Healthier Hot Chocolate

Serves: 2 cups
- 2 cups of organic goat, cow, almond, rice, or coconut milk
- 2 tsp + of raw cacao powder (we like Giddy YoYo’s) -add more to your taste
- 2 tbsp pure maple syrup
- 4 drops vanilla creme liquid stevia, optional
- small pinch sea salt
- samll pinch cinnamon
- Whisk all ingredients in a saucepan over medium heat stirring often, watching that it does not burn or boil over.
- Keep this from boiling and you will conserve the amazing properties of the raw cacao. It is high in vitamins, minerals and antioxidants.
- Pour into 1 to 2 mugs and enjoy!
