This powerful post-workout elixir is light and efficient!

Ingredients
  • 2 cups+ pure water
  • 1½ to 2 tbsp Hemp seeds
  • 1½ to 2 tbsp Goji Berries (if NOT using a high-speed blender, reconstitute in water for 30 min. first)
  • ½ tbsp Spirulina
  • ½ tsp Turmeric
  • Pinch Dulse or Kelp
  • ½ to 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 tsp Bee Pollen, optional
  • 3 to 5 drops or more liquid vanilla stevia or a few dates to sweeten, if necessary
Instructions
  1. Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender and blend on high until smooth, approximately 20 seconds.
  2. If you are NOT using a high-speed blender, blend a bit longer and strain if necessary.
  3. If not drinking right away, add to a mason jar along with a few ice cubes to keep it cool.
  4. Enjoy this healing, nourishing elixir!
