Ms. Pinky's Beet and Berry Smoothie

A super delicious and beautifully pink combination of nutrient dense superfoods. The ultimate detox smoothie!

Ingredients
  • 1½ cups coconut water (or use pure water instead)
  • ½ medium avocado
  • 1 large celery, chopped
  • 1 heaping cup strawberries, fresh or frozen
  • ½ cup peeled and chopped raw beet (steam until tender if you don’t have a high-powered blender)
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice, approx. ½ lemon
  • 1 to 2 tbsp hemp seeds
  • Add 2 to 5 drops vanilla cream stevia to sweeten if necessary (or use maple syrup, honey or dates)
Instructions
  1. In a high-powered blender, combine all ingredients and purée until smooth.
