Serves: 2 to 4
Ingredients
  • 2 cups frozen watermelon (cut watermelon into chunks and freeze a cookie sheet for 2 hours or more)
  • 2 cups of chopped strawberries (fresh or frozen)
  • ¼ cup lemon juice
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 tablespoons raw honey, to taste (optional)
Instructions
  1. Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth and slushie-like.
  2. Add more water if necessary to get your blender moving. You may need to stop and stir things around a bit too, depending on the power of your blender. If your strawberries are frozen, it is very possible that you will need more water.
