I will be taking my love of Green Smoothies on the road this fall, touring the GTA sharing the magic of this wonderful potion. I will be showing you how to properly create a balanced Green Smoothie that will seriously take your health to the next level. Incorporating a properly balanced Green Smoothie daily will increase energy, help to balance blood sugar, hormones, and cravings, make your skin glow, help you lose weight, increase athletic performance and more! I can’t begin to tell you how magical they are. I will also be sharing some of my tastiest recipes, secret tips and superfood ingredients with you. Register soon as seating is limited.
