Tasty meals and treats free of the common allergens that sensitive kids and their families will love. All of the food we prepare will be free simple, tasty and free of gluten, dairy, nuts, corn, soy, yeast and refined sugar.
Design Your Own Class
Get a group of friends together and pick a theme. This can be done in your kitchen or Cathy’s or even modified for your office, church or community facility.
All cooking classes are vegetarian, and are free of refined sugar, nuts and wheat. Many are gluten- and dairy-free also. Custom classes can be tailored to individuals with specific allergies.
