Healthy Happy Teens
This class is for teenage girls (grade 8 to 12). At this age, it is critical that girls fuel themselves properly for steady moods, great skin, weight management and optimal sports and school performance. I start this class with a short lecture on simple strategies for healthy living, then we all move into the kitchen to create tasty breakfasts, entrées, salads and snacks. Lots of information, lots of fun!!

The Healthy Lunchbox

Whole Food Sports Nutrition for Kids
