This smoothie is so wonderful. It has a slightly bitter taste but so yummy at the same time.
1 to 1/2 cups coconut water or pure water
1/2 to 1 large grapefruit
1 tbsp avocado
1 to 2 handfuls romaine leaves (approximately 2 to 4 dark leaves)
1 medium celery stalk
small handful cilantro
1 tbsp hemp seeds
1/2 scoop Boku Protein Powder, or other vegan protein powder, optional
2 to 5 drops vanilla cream stevia, optional
In a high-powered blender, combine all ingredients and purée until smooth.
